Job description
LanCarte Commercial Real Estate, LLC in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a seasoned Commercial Property Manager to oversee assigned properties with an ownership mentality. This role reports to the Managing Director or Assistant Managing Director of Property Management.
No multi-family or residential properties will be considered. The successful candidate will manage rents, CAM charges, vendor oversight, capital projects, and leases, while maintaining strong tenant relationships and timely reporting.
