Job description
Saint Luke’s Hospital of Kansas City seeks new graduate RNs for our Registered Nurse Residency Program. This structured, paid program supports your transition to practice in a high-acuity, tertiary teaching hospital. Under experienced preceptors, you will provide direct patient care, develop critical thinking, and rotate through specialty units. Residents participate in classroom education, simulation, mentorship, and evidence-based projects while advancing skills in cardiac, transplant, and complex medical-surgical care in a collaborative, learning-focused culture.
