The Dorne Region is hiring an Entry-Level Appointment Coordinator for its Oakbrook Terrace office. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will communicate with prospective clients, coordinate appointments, keep organized contact notes, and complete follow-up reliably.
Build your career as a contractor, with training, coaching, and room to grow. You will have a clear workflow from your first week and regular team feedback as you develop stronger habits in client-facing conversations. Prior insurance experience is not required, and a college degree is not required to be considered.
Customer-facing experience from retail, hospitality, reception, scheduling, customer support, or similar environments can transfer well. What matters most is a professional communication style, care with details, and a willingness to improve through coaching.
