Required Skills Ability to follow work instructions and production guidelines
Strong attention to detail and willingness to do tasks carefully
Basic comfort with repetitive assembly/production work
Reliability and punctuality in a fast-paced setting
Basic ability to learn procedures and apply feedback
Nice to Have Skills Prior experience in an assembly, production, or warehouse environment
Experience working on a team in a manufacturing or packaging setting
Familiarity with using basic tools (as instructed on the job)
Preferred Education and Experience Preferred: High school diploma or equivalent
Experience level: Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
Other Requirements Must be able to meet the physical demands of assembly work (standing, lifting, and repetitive motion as required)
Must be able to work the assigned shift schedule
