We are staffing for law firm focusing on personal injury and is currently seeking to add a full-time entry level associate. They represent individuals injured in motor vehicle accidents and slip-and-fall / trip-and-fall accidents.

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Drafting, reviewing, and editing pleadings, motions, discovery responses and other correspondence
Appearances at court conferences
Our ideal candidate:
Has JD from an accredited law school. xxzpjkt
Must be admitted to practice law in New York State (or pending admission)
Prior office experience
Must be aggressive, results-oriented and have high attention to detail
Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills
Strong oral argument skills, negotiation, detail oriented
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Strong persuasive skills
