Job description
We are staffing for law firm focusing on personal injury and is currently seeking to add a full-time entry level associate. They represent individuals injured in motor vehicle accidents and slip-and-fall / trip-and-fall accidents.
No experience is necessary. They are willing to train the right candidate.

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Drafting, reviewing, and editing pleadings, motions, discovery responses and other correspondence
* Appearances at court conferences
Our ideal candidate:
* Has JD from an accredited law school.
* Must be admitted to practice law in New York State (or pending admission)
* Prior office experience
* Must be aggressive, results-oriented and have high attention to detail
* Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills
* Strong oral argument skills, negotiation, detail oriented
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Strong persuasive skills
