Entry-Level Automotive Parts Counter Person- Tustin KIA

We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Automotive Parts Counter Person . This is a great opportunity to start a career in the automotive industry with room for growth and training.
Responsibilities:
Assist customers and service technicians with parts inquiries and orders
Maintain and organize parts inventory
Process parts transactions accurately (cash, credit, and internal orders)
Receive, unpack, and stock incoming parts shipments
Provide excellent customer service at the parts counter and over the phone
Requirements: Strong customer service and communication skills
Basic automotive knowledge (preferred but not required - training provided)
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Team-oriented with a positive attitude
Valid driver's license

The Entry-Level Automotive Parts Counter Person Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $20.00 and $25.00. The position also may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.
