Entry-Level Automotive Tire & Lube Technician

Do you have a passion for cars and a desire to build a rewarding career in the automotive industry? At Mark Toyota of Plover, we’re looking for a motivated and reliable Entry-Level Tire & Lube Technician to join our growing Service Department.
Whether you’re just getting started or have some experience under your belt, this is an excellent opportunity to learn from seasoned professionals, get hands-on training, and grow your skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
What You’ll Do:
As part of our service team, you’ll play a key role in keeping our customers’ vehicles running safely and smoothly.
Your day-to-day will include:
Performing basic maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements
Inspecting vehicles and identifying potential issues before they become major repairs
Keeping accurate records of all maintenance performed
Maintaining a clean, organized work area and caring for shop tools and equipment
Following all safety guidelines and procedures
Providing friendly, professional customer service — answering questions and helping customers understand their vehicle’s maintenance needs
What We’re Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent
Automotive experience preferred — but we’ll train the right person!
Interest in learning about vehicle maintenance and repair
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Reliable, hard-working, and eager to learn
Ability to thrive in a busy, team-oriented environment
