Next Gen Exposure is expanding in Kalamazoo, MI , and we're looking for motivated, personable individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Brand Marketing Associates .
This is a full-time, in-person, customer-facing retail position focused on customer engagement, brand representation, product education, and creating a positive customer experience.
You don't need previous marketing experience to be considered. We provide paid training and ongoing coaching . We're especially interested in candidates who have developed strong communication, customer service, teamwork, or leadership skills through previous customer-facing positions.
What You'll Do
Represent client brands professionally within retail locations
Engage directly with customers and create a welcoming experience
Learn customer needs and explain relevant products, services, and promotional offers
Support face-to-face brand awareness and customer engagement initiatives
Build positive relationships with new and existing customers
Work alongside team members and leadership to support campaign objectives
Maintain knowledge of current products, services, and promotions
Participate in ongoing training focused on communication, customer service, product knowledge, and leadership development
