Golden Bay Acquisitions is a local marketing company partnering with top retailers in the Bay Area to run successful in-store sales campaigns.
We are looking for someone eager to advance their career and stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques through training sessions, workshops, and self directed learning to enhance job performance and career development. As a Brand Marketing associate, you’ll have a diverse range of responsibilities aimed at driving sales and promoting the brand within a retail environment.
Responsibilities:
Greeting customers, assisting them with inquiries, and providing product information.
Actively engaging customers to promote products and services, upselling, and meeting sales targets.
Maintaining an understanding of the products or services offered, including features, benefits, pricing, and promotions, to communicate with customers.
Supporting marketing campaigns and promotions by executing in-store signage, distributing promotional materials, and assisting with special events or sales activities.
Building and maintaining relationships with customers by addressing any customer concerns or complaints promptly and effectively.
Gathering feedback from customers, observing market trends, and providing insights to management to help inform product offerings, pricing strategies, and marketing efforts.
Collaborating with colleagues to achieve store objectives, participating in team meetings, and supporting other team members as needed.
Adhering to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
18+ years old with a clear background check.
Reliable transportation to and from work.
A passion for customer engagement and hitting goals.
Multitasking Skills.
Competitive Pay: $19.20 - $24 per hour, plus commission and bonus opportunities.
