As a Business Associate you will work on-site in Oakbrook Terrace with a team focused on helping clients review and understand their benefit options. Your daily responsibilities include:
Scheduling and confirming appointments with prospective clients
Following up by phone, text and email to keep conversations moving forward
Presenting plan options clearly so clients can make informed decisions
Maintaining accurate records of every interaction and outcome
Coordinating with team members to ensure every client receives timely support
