Job description
Insa seeks a Cultivation Technician I to support cannabis plant care through all life cycle stages in a fast-paced production facility. This entry-level role rotates between a limited number of functional areas as needed and reports to a supervisor.
The role requires following instructions, performing basic maintenance, transplanting plants, and harvesting with precise weights and records in state systems. Emphasis on safety and clean work area with PPE adherence.
