About the Role
NoeCee Global is looking for a motivated and Customer Acquisition Associate to join our growing team. This position is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, building professional relationships, and gaining hands-on experience in marketing, sales, and customer service.
As a Client Relations Associate, you’ll work directly with customers and clients while supporting promotional marketing campaigns and helping create a positive customer experience. You’ll collaborate with our team to represent client brands, educate customers about products and services, and support overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and clients
Represent client brands in a professional and engaging manner
Educate customers on products, services, and available solutions and provide excellent customer service
Assist with promotional marketing campaigns and customer acquisition efforts
Work closely with team members to meet client and customer needs
Contribute to customer retention, brand awareness, and business growth
Participate in ongoing training and professional development
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional and positive attitude
Customer service, sales, marketing, or client-facing experience is a plus, but not required
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
Willingness to learn and develop new professional skills
Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
