Adecco Staffing is working with a manufacturing company in Nashua, NH to bring on CNC Machine Operators. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity with growth potential across multiple shifts.
Position: CNC Machine Operator
Shift:
1st Shift – 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM2nd Shift – 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM3rd Shift:– 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Pay:
1st Shift – Starting at $18.00/hour2nd Shift – $20.40/hour (includes $2.40 shift differential)3rd Shift – $20.40/hours (includes $2.40 shift differential)

Summary:
We are seeking motivated individuals to join a growing manufacturing team as CNC Machine Operators. This is a great opportunity for entry-level candidates or those with some CNC experience to build their skills in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Operate CNC machines to produce precision partsLoad raw materials and unload finished componentsPerform basic machining tasks including milling and finishingRead and follow production paperwork and work instructionsMake minor adjustments to tooling and offsets as neededInspect parts using measuring tools to ensure quality standardsMaintain machines including cleaning, chip removal, and basic upkeepMove parts through different stages of the production processFollow all safety, quality, and operational proceduresMaintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required0–2 years of manufacturing or CNC experience preferred (entry-level candidates encouraged to apply)Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learnAbility to read measurements and use basic inspection toolsStrong attention to detail and communication skillsAbility to work in a team-oriented environment
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for the duration of the shiftAbility to lift up to 40 lbs as neededAbility to bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasksComfortable working in a manufacturing environment

Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.40 per hour
