What the Position Involves
Your role will center around communication, organization, and providing a positive member experience.
A typical day may include:
Connecting with members through scheduled phone and video appointments
Learning about each member's circumstances and priorities
Presenting available benefit programs in a clear and understandable way
Responding to questions and providing personalized assistance
Helping members navigate online applications and digital forms
Keeping client information and documentation accurate
Managing appointment confirmations and follow-up communication
Maintaining professional relationships with the members you assist
Participating in team meetings, coaching, and continued training
