Entry-Level Direct Support Professional (DSP) for Individuals with Special NeedsAt Endeavor DDD Services, you'll work one-on-one with children and adults with developmental disabilities, helping them build confidence, learn new skills, and enjoy greater independence. If you're compassionate, dependable, and enjoy making a positive impact, we'll provide the training you need to succeed. No healthcare experience is required-we're looking for the right people, not just the right résumé.As a Direct Support Professional, you'll become an important part of someone's daily life by providing personalized support at home and in the community.
