Position Summary

The Q&R FEOL TQR team is looking for an entry-level E1 Engineer with strong educational background, who can support the reliability engineering activity for advanced CMOS technology nodes.

Role And Responsibilities

Here's What You'll Be Responsible For:

Reliability modeling and monitoring.

Work with senior members, for new technology development and qualification.

New engineer will get training of wafer-level-reliability execution, data analysis, and interpretation, for long-term chip-level reliability of semiconductor product.

Skills And Qualifications

Here's what you'll need:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferred: Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Computer Engineering, Materials Science and Engineering) with 0 to 1 year of experience.

Total Rewards

The current base salary range for this role is between $76,000 - $95,000. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience. Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on factors to include organizational and individual performance.

At Samsung Austin Semiconductor, base pay is just one part of our total compensation package. The base compensation for this role will depend on education, experience, skills, and location.
