The Fortitude Team is seeking motivated, people-oriented individuals who want to develop professionally while helping individuals and families pursue their financial goals.
As an Entry-Level Financial Advisor, you'll learn how to meet with clients, understand their financial priorities, provide financial education, and help them evaluate strategies for financial protection, retirement planning, wealth accumulation, and long-term financial security.
No previous financial services experience is required. We're looking for individuals who are coachable, driven, professional, and genuinely enjoy working with people.
This is a remote independent-contractor opportunity with flexible part-time and full-time pathways. Applicable professional licensing is required.
Responsibilities
• Meet virtually with individuals and families to understand their financial goals and priorities
• Educate clients on financial concepts and available strategies after completing required training and licensing
• Help clients evaluate financial solutions based on their individual needs and goals
• Build and maintain positive, long-term client relationships
• Provide ongoing client follow-up and service
• Participate in structured training, mentorship, and professional development
• Develop new relationships through referrals, networking, and community outreach
• Complete required professional licensing and ongoing education
• Follow applicable industry and compliance standards

• Customer service, sales, education, healthcare, hospitality, banking, and leadership experience is a plus but not required
• No previous financial services experience required
• Must be eligible and willing to obtain applicable professional licensing
