Your Role as an Installation Technician
In this role, you’ll be the hands and heart behind our life-enhancing mobility solutions. You’ll work directly with customers, ensuring they are equipped with the tools they need to live more freely.
What you’ll do:
Install mobility equipment, such as stairlifts, wheelchair ramps and vertical platform lifts, with precision and care.
Train customers on the safe use and maintenance of their new equipment.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless experience.
Maintain and organize warehouse inventory and rental equipment.
Light computer-based tasks related to the installation.
Skills & Qualities We Are Looking For
Mechanically inclined with an interest in working with tools
Willingness to learn new technical skills through hands-on training
Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to think through challenges
Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently once trained
Positive attitude and desire to grow in a technical career
Professional, respectful, and comfortable working in customers’ homes
Comfortable interacting with customers and explaining basic equipment operation
Open to occasional overtime when needed
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Have a clean driving record.
Ability to pass background, drug, and reference checks.
