Whether you have prior experience or are looking to start a new career, we provide paid hands-on training with our experienced installers to help you succeed.What You'll Be DoingAs an Insulation Installer, you will work on residential and commercial projects, installing insulation and air-sealing products while maintaining high safety and quality standards.Typical responsibilities include:Installing various insulation products in homes and commercial buildingsWorking with hand tools, power tools, and insulation equipmentLoading materials and traveling to job sites in company vehiclesWorking at heights on ladders, scaffolding, and lifts when neededPreparing job sites and maintaining clean, organized work areasFollowing manufacturer specifications and company installation standardsParticipating in safety meetings and maintaining safe work practicesPerforming pre-trip vehicle inspections and caring for company equipmentCommunicating with managers and sales staff regarding project needs or changesQualifications We're Looking For:We are looking for dependable team members who take pride in their work.Want to build a long-term career with us.Strong work ethic and willingness to learn a skilled tradeAbility to lift 50+ lbs regularly and occasionally up to 100 lbsAbility to work in attics, crawl spaces, elevated areas, and outdoor conditionsComfortable working with tools and reading measurementsValid driver's license with a clean driving recordReliable transportation to and from workAbility to pass a background check and drug screening (drug-free workplace)Construction or general labor experience is helpful but not requiredWhat You'll Get in Return:Starting pay is $20.25 an hour during your training periodFull-Time, Year-Round PositionPaid training from our experienced Insulation InstallersGrowth opportunities within the companyGuaranteed Sundays OffPaid Holidays after 30 days of employmentPaid time off after vesting period with the company of 1 yearMedical, dental, vision, and/or life insurance after 90 days of employmentBi-weekly pay via direct depositIf you're dependable, willing to work hard, and want to be part of a strong team that takes pride in doing the job right, we want to hear from you!
