The Lead ModelWork from anywhere in the U.S. — Cleveland area candidates get priority scheduling for occasional in-person touchpoints, but this is a genuinely remote role — and get paid entirely based on your own production, with no cap and no ceiling built into the structure.How We Get You ReadyFull training and mentorship take you from zero insurance background to a licensed, confident producer. Onboarding covers product fundamentals, how to run a genuine client conversation, and how to handle objections honestly. From there, ongoing coaching supports you as you build your own book of business.Pay StructureCommission-only, averaging $800 to $1,200 per sale.
