The Lead ModelThe role centers entirely on warm inbound leads: people who already reached out wanting to talk about life insurance coverage. You will never cold call as part of this job, at any stage.Full training and mentorship take you from zero insurance background to a licensed, confident producer. Onboarding covers product fundamentals, how to run a genuine client conversation, and how to handle objections honestly. From there, ongoing coaching supports you as you build your own book of business.Commission-only, averaging $800 to $1,200 per sale.
