Job description
Dallasact is seeking an entry-level Juvenile Residential Officer to provide direct supervision to youths in a 24-hour emergency shelter in Dallas, TX.
The role requires enforcing facility rules, delivering counseling, handling crisis situations, and supporting medical and intake/discharge tasks as needed. A high school diploma or GED is required, and candidates must pass background checks, obtain First Aid/CPR within 90 days, and maintain a valid Texas driver's license.
