Learn to build custom oral devices step-by-step
Perform hands-on tasks like trimming, polishing, and assembling components
Follow clear instructions and production processes
Inspect your work to ensure quality standards are met

WHAT TO EXPECT
This is a production-based role where consistency, attention to detail, and attendance are critical to success.
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to follow instructions and learn new processes
Ability to work as part of a team
Strong reliability and attendance
Preferred (not required):
Manufacturing or assembly experience
Dental lab or orthodontic experience
Artistic, crafting, or detail-oriented hobbies
PAY & BENEFITS
$16-$18/hour starting pay (based on experience)
90-Day Evaluation with pay increase
