nROLE OVERVIEW: What you’ll do to drive success
nWhen you join us as an Entry-Level Lube Technician, your personal and professional goals will be fueled by a friendly and collaborative team environment. Together, we’ll help keep our guests safe on the road by providing top-tier customer service, while performing preventative maintenance services for their vehicles.
nYour road to VIOC doesn’t require previous automotive experience. Through our award-winning training program, we’ll teach you how to:
nnnChange oil

nnCheck and refill fluids
n
nnRotate tires
n
nnTest and replace batteries
n
nnInspect and replace lights and wipers
n
nnPerform an 18-point safety check
n
nnAnd other preventive maintenance services

n nQUALIFICATIONS: What you’ll need to keep moving forward
nFrom day one, you’ll get hands-on training and support to thrive as a Lube Technician. All you need to do is bring your positive attitude, attention to detail, and passion for learning—and we’ll help you every step of the way.
nWe seek team members with:
nnnSchedule flexibility (Weekend availability is likely, but we ensure you don’t work late nights or holidays)
n
nnAn eagerness to learn, a friendly attitude, and a desire to be part of a customer-focused team
n
nnThis role requires the ability to review, read, and understand written and digital training materials, safety procedures, labels, and operational instructions
n
nnEnglish fluency in reading, writing, and speaking
n
n nWe expect you can:
nnnStand for up to 8 hours, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
n
nnCrouch, bend, twist, and work with your hands above your head
n
nnBe comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment
