ROLE OVERVIEW: What you’ll do to drive success
\ NWhen you join us as an Entry-Level Lube Technician, your personal and professional goals will be fueled by a friendly and collaborative team environment. Together, we’ll help keep our guests safe on the road by providing top-tier customer service, while performing preventative maintenance services for their vehicles.
\ NYour road to VIOC doesn’trequire previous automotive experience. Through our award-winning training program, we’ll teach you how to:
\ N Change oil
Check and refill fluids
\ N Rotate tires
Test and replace batteries
\ N Inspect and replace lights and wipers
\ N Perform an 18-point maintenance check
\ N And other preventive maintenance services

QUALIFICATIONS: What you’ll need to keep moving forward
\ NFrom day one, you’ll get hands-on training and support to thrive as a Lube Technician. All you need to do is bring your positive attitude, attention to detail, and passion for learning—and we’ll help you every step of the way.
\ NWe seek team members with:
\ N Schedule flexibility (Weekend availability is likely, but we ensure you don’t work late nights or holidays)
\ N An eagerness to learn, a friendly attitude, and a desire to be part of a customer-focused team
\ N This role requires the ability to review, read, and understand written and digital training materials, safety procedures, labels, and operational instructions
\ N English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking
\ N We expect you can:
\ N Stand for up to 8hours, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
\ N Crouch, bend, twist, and work with your hands above your head
\ N Be comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment
