Whether you're just starting out or have years of experience on mills, lathes, or CNC equipment, we have a place for you.
What You'll Do
Operate manual and/or CNC machines to produce precision components
Set up machines, adjust tooling, and verify part accuracy
Inspect finished parts using standard measuring tools
Maintain a clean, safe, organized work area
What You Need
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Ability to follow instructions and work independently
Reliable attendance and solid work ethic
Entry-Level: Willingness to learn machining and shop safety
Experienced: Background with manual mills/lathes or CNC machining
Preferred (Not Required)
Knowledge of feeds, speeds, and machining best practices
Familiarity with G-code or CNC program edits
