Entry-Level Marketing & Sales Assistant
Crush City Innovations is currently seeking a driven and enthusiastic Entry-Level Marketing & Sales Assistant to join our growing team in Houston, TX. This position is designed specifically for individuals at the beginning of their careers—including recent graduates or those transitioning into sales and marketing—who are eager to gain hands-on, real-world experience. Key Responsibilities
Assist in coordinating and executing marketing and sales campaigns for local clients
Participate in face-to-face client interactions to understand needs and present tailored solutions
Support the sales team with administrative tasks including proposals, follow-ups, and tracking progress
Build and maintain positive client relationships through consistent communication
Conduct basic market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential opportunities
Maintain accurate records using internal systems and assist with reporting and scheduling
Help organize events, promotional activities, and outreach efforts
Collaborate with team members to contribute ideas for improving campaign performance and client engagement
Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be able to work on-site in Houston, TX
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Comfortable working in a team environment and interacting with clients
Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or marketing is helpful but not required
