Arise Enterprise Inc. is currently hiring an Entry Level Marketing Associate to join our growing team in Port Angeles, WA . This is an entry-level opportunity for motivated, outgoing individuals interested in building a long-term career in sales, marketing, customer acquisition, and business development .
In this role, you'll represent our clients through face-to-face customer interactions, helping drive new customer acquisition, increase brand awareness, and support ongoing sales initiatives. This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy working with people, thrive in fast-paced environments, and are motivated by performance and professional growth.
As an Entry Level Marketing Associate, you'll develop hands-on experience in sales strategy, customer engagement, relationship building, marketing, and leadership while working alongside an experienced team.
Responsibilities
Represent client brands through face-to-face marketing and sales campaigns
Engage directly with prospective customers and educate them on available products and services
Generate new customer acquisitions through consultative sales conversations
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Work toward individual and team sales goals
Maintain knowledge of client products, promotions, and service offerings
Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and professional development
Assist with marketing initiatives and customer outreach strategies
Maintain accurate customer and sales documentation
Contribute to a positive, high-energy team environment focused on performance and growth
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable speaking with customers in a face-to-face environment
Goal-oriented and motivated by performance
Self-motivated with a willingness to learn
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, marketing, communications, or retail is a plus but not required
Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States
