As an Entry-Level Marketing Associate , you’ll work directly with customers in retail environments, representing our clients, driving brand awareness, and closing sales through personalized conversations. No experience? No problem. We provide hands-on training, mentorship, and a clear path for growth .
What You’ll Do
Represent top client brands in retail locations
Engage customers through high-energy, face-to-face interactions
Educate customers on products, promotions, and services
Drive sales by delivering a positive customer experience
Learn entry-level leadership, marketing, and sales strategies
Track daily performance and hit individual and team goals
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and people skills
Competitive mindset with a sales-driven attitude
Comfortable working in a retail environment
Coachable, motivated, and goal-oriented
Ability to work weekends as needed
0–2 years experience in sales, retail, or customer service is a plus (not required)
