Job description
We are seeking a motivated, ambitious, and people-oriented team member to join our growing marketing and sales team. This position is designed for individuals who enjoy working with people, are motivated by results, and want to develop real-world experience in sales, marketing, client relations, and leadership. As a Sales & Marketing team member, you will work directly with businesses and customers to represent our clients’ products and services. You will be responsible for generating new business, developing customer relationships, identifying opportunities, and helping our clients increase their market presence.
This is a hands-on position that combines sales, marketing, communication, and professional development. You will receive ongoing training and coaching designed to help you become confident in customer acquisition, sales presentations, relationship management, and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business DevelopmentGenerate new business through direct sales and customer acquisition strategies
Identify potential customers and develop new business opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business owners
Conduct professional sales presentations and product demonstrations
Handle customer questions, concerns, and objections throughout the sales process
Follow up with prospective customers and maintain relationships after the initial sale
Consistently work toward individual and team sales goals
Execute in-person marketing and customer acquisition campaigns
Gather customer feedback and communicate market trends and opportunities to leadership
Help develop and improve sales and marketing strategies based on customer interactions
Training & Professional Development:
Participate in daily and weekly sales training
Work alongside experienced team members and leadership to develop sales skills
Learn effective communication, negotiation, presentation, and closing techniques
Develop an understanding of customer acquisition and business development
Receive coaching based on individual performance and goals
Participate in team meetings, workshops, and professional development sessions

Previous sales or marketing experience is a plus, but it is not required. We provide training for individuals who demonstrate the right attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn.
