Sales & Marketing Representative
Full-Time | Entry-Level | Paid Training | In-Person
We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as an Entry-Level AT&T Sales & Marketing Representative .
This position is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in sales, marketing, customer engagement, and leadership development. In this role, you’ll represent AT&T products and services through face-to-face customer interactions in a retail environment.
Team members receive the training, tools, and real-world experience needed to develop strong communication and sales skills while learning how to effectively introduce customers to AT&T wireless products, service options, and current promotions.
No previous telecommunications or sales experience is required. We provide paid training and ongoing support to help new team members succeed.
Responsibilities
Engage face-to-face with customers within a retail environment
Represent AT&T products and services professionally
Educate customers on available wireless plans, devices, services, and current promotions
Ask questions to understand individual customer needs
Recommend appropriate AT&T products and service options based on customer needs
Assist interested customers throughout the sales and enrollment process
Build positive relationships with new and existing customers
Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process
Generate new customer leads and support customer acquisition efforts
Work toward individual and team sales goals
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AT&T products, services, and promotions
Participate in ongoing sales, product, and leadership training
Collaborate with team members and management to support overall performance
Qualifications
0–1 year of experience in customer service, retail, marketing, or sales preferred, but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Comfortable interacting with customers face-to-face
Team-oriented and dependable
Problem-solving mindset
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
Interest in developing skills in sales, marketing, and leadership
