What You’ll Do
Support the growth and development of assigned marketing and sales campaigns

Generate sales through retail promotions and marketing campaigns
Educate customers on available products, services, and promotions
Collaborate with team members and campaign leaders to achieve performance goals
Support advertising, promotional, and brand awareness initiatives
Track customer interactions and campaign results
Participate in ongoing sales, marketing, and professional development training
Key Responsibilities
Execute in-person marketing and sales strategies designed to increase customer engagement
Help customize campaign approaches based on customer needs and client goals
Maintain a positive and professional customer experience
Utilize sales and marketing tools to support campaign performance
Work alongside leadership to identify opportunities for improvement
