TriStar Health is seeking a Resident I Graduate Nurse for our Med-Surg unit in Nashville, TN. In this nurse residency role, you will provide direct patient care under the guidance of experienced preceptors while building core medical-surgical competencies. Responsibilities include patient assessments, medication administration, documentation, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. You’ll participate in structured education, simulation, and mentoring, supporting a patient-first, safety-focused culture with clear pathways for growth and advancement across our regional network.
