Learning and earning! -- Service, Knowledge, Integrity & Satisfaction --Benefits:Weekly PaycheckHighly Competitive Pay: $21.65- $27.00/hr ($3,752 - $4,680 potential earnings per month)Full Benefits: Low-cost Medical/Dental option, 401K, HSA, Employee Assistance ProgramPTO (52hrs/yr) and 6 paid holidaysTraining and growth opportunitiesRequirements:No painting experience requiredMust be eligible to work in the USMust have own vehicle, insurance, and driver's license to travel to job sites with painter tools and equipmentMust be able to pass a drug test (WA Friendly drug policy)Must be able to lift, push, pull and carry 50lbsHigh level of focus, quality, and customer serviceMust download and utilize various phone apps for clocking-in, job setup, and communicationsEnglish proficiency/ Bilingual a plusKey Responsibilities:Perform pre-painting job walkPerform prepping and painting techniques in an accurate, neat and efficient manner while maintaining cleanliness and safety.Establish and maintain a good working relationship with team members, vendors, general contractors etc.Determine the best method to complete the job based on customer requirements and meet with Lead/Superintendent to review work orders instructions.Conduct equipment check and ensure equipment is functioning.Verify materials and equipment and supplies needed.Follow and ensure compliance of all company policies and procedures and safety requirements are adhered to.Reviews, maintains, and enforces job site safety, completes site safety plans and fall protection plans (where appropriate).Accurately report all work time and work functions.Participates in ongoing on the job training.We look forward to meeting you!SKIS Painting, Inc. 850 SW 7th St. #100 Renton, WA 98057
