Production Team MemberReal Alloy in Goodyear, AZ, has an entry level Production Team Member position open! We are looking for Production Team Members that put safety first, who are reliable, willing to operate power equipment such as forklifts and front end loaders, and who are detailed oriented. No prior experience required, just a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.We run our plant 24/7 365 days per year and we have two shifts that rotate every 4 weeks - 7am-7pm and 7pm-7am. Our Production crews run 4 days in a row and then they have 4 days off.We start our Production Team Members off at $22 per hour where we also have the opportunity for overtime, we pay weekly, and provide great benefits that start the first of the month after your starting date. Apply today!QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent preferred (not required)Able to operate mobile equipment including forklifts and loaders helpfulAbility to regularly perform different types of physical activities such as walking, lifting, shoveling, skimming, sweeping, general cleaning both of plant equipment and propertyMust be able to function with minimal supervision.Must be able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screenPosition requires a person willing to work in extreme temperatures, in an industrial manufacturing outdoor environment, and wearing protective equipment while working around molten metalThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by people assigned to this classification.
