Job description
Suffolk Construction offers an entry level rotational program for recent graduates, designed to develop future project leaders through three eight-month rotations across Project Management, Estimating, and Field Operations. The program, Career Start, provides hands-on experience in a structured two-year path.
Participants will gain exposure to bid preparation, document control, scheduling, and on-site operations while being mentored by seasoned professionals.
