Qualifications: Real estate license required. Experience in customer service or sales, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with diverse clients. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with real estate principles and practices, or a willingness to learn quickly. Ability to work collaboratively within a team to achieve common goals.
