Job Title: Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant
Salary: $55,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE $75,000 to $85,000 in Year 1)
Location: Midtown Manhattan, NYC (On-site for the first 8 weeks, then 4 days in-office / 1 day WFH)

What You'll Be Doing
Build relationships with candidates and clients within a specialist market.
Source, interview, and manage high-quality candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Develop new business through proactive outreach and relationship building.
Support clients with hiring strategies and market insights.
Negotiate offers and manage the recruitment process from start to finish.
Develop expertise within a niche, high-growth industry.
Work towards personal performance and revenue targets while receiving ongoing coaching and support.
