With structured training, hands‑on mentorship, and uncapped commission, you’ll learn how to build relationships, win new business, negotiate, and manage recruitment processes from start to finish. No previous recruitment or energy‑sector experience is required; the focus is on your commercial potential, motivation, and willingness to learn.
You will develop into a full 360 recruiter, building a specialist network of candidates and clients while creating their own revenue‑generating market.
Role Highlights
Learn the complete 360 recruitment process, from candidate sourcing and client development through interviews, offers, and successful placements.
Build relationships with professionals and high‑growth businesses across Energy Technology, CleanTech, SaaS, and the wider energy transition.
Develop new business through proactive outreach, identifying hiring needs and converting opportunities into recruitment assignments.
Work within a high‑value specialist market
Build toward owning your own client base, professional network, and specialist recruitment market.
You Will Need
