ENTRY-LEVEL RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT – TECHNOLOGY & AI
New York City | $55,000–$65,000 DOE + Uncapped Commission up to 40%
Recruitment People are partnering with a high-growth global technology recruitment business looking to add ambitious entry-level talent to its New York team.
You’ll be recruiting across some of the fastest-growing areas in the market, including Artificial Intelligence, Data, Software Engineering and Enterprise Technology.
No previous recruitment experience is required.
This is a high-performance sales career where your earnings and progression are directly linked to your results. You’ll receive structured training from day one before developing into a full 360 Recruitment Consultant, building relationships with candidates and clients across the US technology market.

THE ROLE
You’ll be trained to:
Headhunt and approach high-performing technology professionals
Build relationships with candidates across the US
Cold call and develop new client relationships
Manage candidates throughout interview processes
Negotiate offers and close placements
Develop your own specialist technology market
Work towards individual revenue and performance targets

Recent Graduates - ideally 3.0+ GPA
