TriStar Health’s New Grad RN Horizon role offers a structured transition from nursing school to professional practice within a leading regional healthcare network. Based in hospital settings across Middle Tennessee and Southern Kentucky, you’ll provide supervised, evidence-based care, perform assessments, give medications, and support admissions and discharges. Working with multidisciplinary teams, you’ll build core clinical skills through preceptorship, simulations, and ongoing education, in a culture that emphasizes patient safety, compassion, collaboration, and clear career growth.
