Job description
HealthONE is seeking New Grad RNs to join our patient-centered care teams across Denver facilities. In this role, you will provide direct bedside nursing care, administer medications, monitor vital signs, and support multidisciplinary treatment plans. New RNs will participate in structured orientation and preceptorship programs, receive ongoing clinical training, and learn to use advanced medical technology and electronic health records. You will collaborate closely with physicians, therapists, and families to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care while ensuring patient safety, accurate documentation, and continuous improvement in clinical outcomes.
