TriStar Health is seeking a New Grad RN to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care within our collaborative hospital teams in Middle Tennessee. In this role, you will perform patient assessments, administer medications, monitor conditions, and document care using electronic health records. Working closely with experienced nurses, physicians, and allied health staff, you will learn to manage clinical priorities, support patient and family education, and uphold rigorous safety and quality standards.
