Job description
Freeman Health in Omaha, NE is seeking an ROI Specialist to ensure timely processing of release of information requests and to deliver superior customer service. This entry-level role supports the ROI Coordinator and ROI Manager while learning HIPAA and state regulations.
You will organize and prioritize multiple requests, communicate clearly with internal teams and external partners, and maintain meticulous attention to detail in a fast-paced revenue-cycle environment.
