Job description
Samsung Austin Semiconductor is seeking an entry-level E1 Engineer to support reliability activities for advanced CMOS technology nodes. You will collaborate with senior engineers on reliability modeling, data analysis, and wafer-level qualification to ensure long-term chip reliability.
The role includes training in wafer-level-reliability execution, data interpretation, and work with the Q&R FEOL TQR team.
