Job description
Sales RepresentativeWe handle the hardest part of most sales jobs for you: finding people who actually want to talk to you in the first place.Every lead you're given is warm — someone who already requested information about life insurance coverage through a form, a call, or a direct request. Your role is the conversation and the close, not the prospecting. That means your energy goes toward actually helping clients rather than toward the exhausting work of generating interest from scratch.Full training covers the fundamentals of how life insurance works and how to run a genuine, helpful client conversation. You're paired with a mentor for your early live calls, and access to more than 60 carrier partners means you can match each client to coverage that actually fits rather than defaulting to one product regardless of relevance.Pay is commission-only with no cap: $800 to $1,200 average per sale. Based on consistent work:$50,000+ part-time in your first year$80,000 to $300,000+ full-time in your first yearPerformance-based incentives are available on top of standard commission, and pay is issued on a daily/weekly basis.Requirements:U.S.-based residencyAbility to pass a background checkLife & Health license, or willingness to obtain one — we'll guide you through the processIf having warm leads handed to you (instead of having to generate them yourself) sounds like a meaningfully better setup, apply today.
