Launch 513 is looking for motivated individuals to join our Retail Sales & Customer Experience team . You’ll work face-to-face with customers while representing established brands and learning practical skills in sales, marketing, customer service, and leadership .
This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates, former student-athletes, hospitality or retail professionals, and career starters who want hands-on experience and room to grow.
No extensive industry experience is required. Training is provided.
What You'll Do
Engage with customers one-on-one at retail locations
Help customers understand products, services, and available options
Assist with orders, account questions, and basic troubleshooting
Process customer orders and complete sales transactions
Deliver a professional and positive customer experience
Represent client brands with professionalism
Track daily results and provide customer feedback
Work alongside your team to achieve individual and campaign goals
Develop communication, sales, and leadership skills through ongoing training
