Build a Career That Rewards Your EffortHeritage Roofing & Construction is growing in the Oklahoma City & Surrounding areas and we are looking for motivated people to help homeowners restore their properties after hail and severe storms.This is a field-based sales and project coordination role. You'll meet homeowners, inspect roofs for potential damage, explain the restoration process, and help manage projects from the first conversation through completion.No roofing experience is required. We provide paid training, hands-on coaching, and ongoing support in the OKC market.What You Can EarnSix-figure first-year earning potentialTop team members earn $350,000+ annuallyBase pay, per-claim pay, and commission during a paid 90-day training programUncapped commission after trainingEarnings depend on individual performance.What You'll DoGo door-to-door in storm-affected neighborhoods to meet homeowners and build your pipelineInspect roofs for potential storm damage and document your findingsExplain Heritage's services and help homeowners understand the restoration processSupport homeowners through the claim and repair processCoordinate roofing projects and provide clear updates from start to finishBuild lasting relationships and earn referrals through excellent serviceWhat We're Looking ForYou may be a great fit if you're self-motivated, comfortable starting conversations, open to coaching, and ready for active work outdoors.
