Are you someone who enjoys working with people and wants to build real-world experience in sales and marketing?
Our Farmer's Branch team is growing, and we’re looking for an Entry-Level Sales & Marketing Associate to join us. This is a full-time, in-person role designed for someone who wants to develop professional skills in customer engagement, marketing campaigns, and sales.
We specialize in face-to-face marketing and customer outreach campaigns for nationally recognized home improvement brands, helping connect customers with solutions that improve their everyday lives.
What You’ll Do
Represent marketing campaigns for well-known brands
Engage with customers in a retail environment
Share product information and answer questions
Support lead generation and promotional effortsWork alongside team leaders on daily campaign execution
Learn the fundamentals of customer acquisition and sales

Strong communication and people skills
Positive, outgoing attitude
Ability to commute to our Farmer's Branch office daily
Comfortable working on your feet and interacting with customers throughout the day
Team-oriented mindset
No experience required, training is provided
